Sent with God's Blessings

On Sunday, July 16, 2023, a special service was held at Abiding Word in Houston to commission the core group members of the new WELS mission in Conroe, Texas. The core group at the new church, called The Mission, come from our WELS churches in Houston, The Woodlands, Pinehurst, and College Station. The group will start worshiping every Sunday morning at a rented facility on Sunday, August 6, 2023.
