If you are presenting, please bring 60 copies with you to distribute.

Travel Information

If you would like to request subsidy for your travel expenses due to financial hardship, you can use the travel equalization form on the district website and submit it to the district secretary. In order to receive these funds you need approval from your circuit pastor. Please keep in mind that if you are driving, it may cost less to rent a car than to request the mileage reimbursement rate for the use of your personal vehicle. The district secretary will use the lesser of the two amounts.
