Camp Shiloh Lutheran Retreat will be the site for our spring study conference. The conference host is Camp Director Josiah Kroll.

Absences
If you are not able to attend the conference, please send an email with your request and reason for excuse to scconfsec@gmail.com.
Optional Recreation
Attendees are welcome to arrive early and enjoy the facilities at Camp Shiloh as early as Sunday afternoon, April 21, at no additional cost. If you wish to arrive early (or stay late), please share that information with the Camp Director when making your lodging arrangements.
Registration
The registration fee is $120. Please register by Monday, April 15, 2024. Click on the “register” button below to access the conference registration page. The registration fee includes all meals and lodging at Camp Shiloh during the conference. Note: Attendees must ALSO contact Camp Shiloh in order to make their lodging arrangements at the camp.

The conference begins and ends with lunch at noon on Monday and Tuesday. Please make travel plans that allow you to stay for the full duration of the conference and do not plan to arrive late or leave early. Thank you.

Alternate Lodging Accommodations
Lodging and meals are provided at Camp Shiloh. (Please contact Camp Shiloh directly to secure your lodging reservations at Camp Shiloh.) Individuals who would like to stay in a hotel or rental property may choose to look in the neighboring towns of Pittsburg, Mt. Pleasant, or Mt. Vernon Note: There is no registration discount for individuals who do not stay at Camp Shiloh.
Travel Equalization
If you would like to request financial assistance to offset your travel costs for attending the pastors conference, please complete the Travel Equalization Form. The Travel Equalization Form is available under the resource tab on the district website.

Camp Shiloh is located approximately 130 miles east of the Dallas - Fort Worth (DFW) airport and Dallas Love Field (DAL).
