Display Tables
The WELS South Central District 2024 GROW Conference Planning Team is extending the invitation for WELS groups and WELS parachurch organization to have a display table at the conference.
The GROW Conference is an annual event for gospel motivated inspiration and education that provides an opportunity for the spiritual growth and benefit of the lay men and women of our churches, as well as our staff ministers, teachers, and pastors. At GROW 2024, there were 200 highly dedicated and motivated individuals in attendance at the conference. This is the single largest district gathering of WELS members in the South Central District.
There is a $250 fee to have a display table. Display tables will be located in the conference commons / refreshment center – the area with the most visibility and foot traffic at the conference. Included with the display table registration fee is…
One free registration for a representative of your group or organization to attend the conference.
The name of your group or organization will be included in the official conference folder that is provided to all conference participants
A representative of your group or organization will be recognized in front of the full assembly during the conference.
Your group or organization will be featured in the conference announcements.

Display Table Tips…
The conference begins with a coffee reception on Thursday, February 13, at 8:00am. Thursday morning is a PRIME time for people to see your display table as they arrive. Plan to have your display table set up and ready to go by 8:00am. The doors to the facility will open at 7:00am. Special arrangements to set up your display table on Wednesday evening may be available upon request.
The conference attendance is projected to be 200 attendees. Bring whatever promotional items you might like to give away. It is also helpful to have literature ranging from a business card to a magazine and anything in between. Display tables with table attendants are well-received.
Some display tables in the past have held a drawing to give away promotional items or swag. If this idea is beneficial for you, please feel free to give away whatever you like.
You are welcome to sell items if such an opportunity exists for your organization.
The table dimensions are: 2.5 feet x 8 feet.
